Although we try to maintain inventory of all products in the warehouse, occasionally an item will be backordered. Normally, the product will become available in a few days. You will receive e-mail notification as soon as the product ships. As a reminder, your credit card will not be charged until your order has been shipped. All orders will be shipped via UPS unless otherwise requested.
What is our return policy?
Ener-Tech Industries only accepts returns on unopened physical product or incompletely downloaded product purchased directly from our store and defective merchandise within 90 days of purchase.
If you would like to return an unopened copy and did not purchase directly from Ener-Tech Industries, please contact the place of purchase for a return.
In order to process your return of an unopened product, please contact us to request an RMA number with your reason for requesting a return. Please provide your order number from our online store.
If you are requesting an exchange of defective merchandise, please contact us with why you believe the product is defective. If you did not order from the online store, you will need to return the defective product to our office before we ship the new parts to you. We will ship the new parts to you upon receipt of your defective materials.
Upon receipt of returns of unopened product, we will credit your account for the price of the product and any applicable sales tax to the card of purchase. We do not credit shipping charges. Please include your contact phone number and email address with the return, and we will contact you to let you know that we have credited the price of the product.
